Pumpkin Spice Latte

Hi,

My favorite fall drink is a pumpkin spice latte. Skip the the lines and all of the sugary madness and make a real pumpkin spice latte in your kitchen!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup purée pumpkin
  • 2 cups of almond milk
  • 3/4 cup of sugar
  • 1 tsp of nutmeg
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1 tsp of ginger
  • 1 cup of coffee
  • Medium pot
  • Wisk
  • Whip cream (optional)

Mix spices, pumpkin, sugar and milk in pot on medium heat. Wisk the ingredients to allow the sugar and pumpkin to dissolve. Slowly stir in hot coffee.

Pour latte in mug add whip cream on top and enjoy!

Tuesday’s Tip

Hi,

It’s ok to spend time alone. In fact I think it’s healthy to enjoy your own company and have things that you do for yourself.

I need my downtime because my mind is always busy and sometimes I want to dummy down and watch some of my favorite shows. However, you must be mindful of what you entertain yourself with. The goal is to be a better version of yourself and not get boggled down by the waywardness of the world.

Don’t be afraid and don’t live in fear. Take a chance to do something that you find difficult but will empower you in the end!

Strawberry Shortcake Remix

Hey,

It’s been raining all day today in fact it’s rained all summer. I decided to make me a sweet treat and cozy up in my bed.

I remixed my favorite dessert Strawberry Shortcake! It was truly what I needed on a day like today!

Strawberry Shortcake remix!

Ingredients:

Glazed Donuts

Cool Whip

Strawberries 🍓

Foil

Spatula

Ice cream scooper

Knife

Air fryer

Plate

Chopping board

Directions:

Line air fryer with foil. Place donut in air fryer over foil. Cook between 3-5 minutes at 350. No need no turn over…just check in after a minute or two. No two donuts are the same so it comes down to your preference and I prefer crispy!

While the donut is the Air fryer cut the stems off of the strawberries and cut them in half.

Follow this example for cutting your strawberries 🍓

Remove donut with a spatula and place on to plate. Top with a scoop of cool whip and fresh strawberries 🍓 Remember this is the remix so you can top it with peaches, blueberries, raspberries whatever your heart desires!
